Dr. Wang has a particular interest in family planning and robotic and laparoscopic gynecologic surgery. Previously, she was on the staff at Nash OBGYN in Rocky Mount, NC .

Dr. Wang enjoys traveling not only to explore different cultures and environments, but also to reconnect with her family and friends. She loves cooking, eating new foods, reading, dancing, hiking and karaoke. She is a college basketball fan and roots for the Kansas Jayhawks. Dr. Wang and her husband have one daughter.

Blood Draw

Dr. Wang was very thorough in going over everything with first trimester pregnancy. I’m not 100% sure but I do feel like maybe if I would have started progesterone on Thursday when I came in to confirm pregnancy, maybe the miscarriage wouldn’t have happened, but I could be wrong considering my history of miscarriages. Dr. Wang contacted me on Sunday during Easter to talk to me about my ER visit which is when the progesterone pills were prescribed. I really appreciate her taking time away from her family to call me and check on me. I will continue to get care from this clinic for any future pregnancies I may have.

However the support staff remains not as friendly and with incredibly long wait times, it makes me consider care somewhere else, even though I do love working with Dr. Wang.
