I could not get the video to work, so we ended up having a phone call. My four star rating has nothing to do with the quality of care, but rather the fact that the virtual visit was difficult to manage. I’ve used virtual visits with other providers and have not had an issue.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr Richardson and the care she has provided throughout my pregnancy and postpartum journey. From our very first visit, she brought not just her medical expertise, but a genuine sense of excitement and warmth that made us feel so supported and cared for. She has been incredibly kind, patient, and attentive through every stage—from the joyful milestones to the more difficult moments. There were times when I felt overwhelmed or emotionally low, and she always knew just what to say and how to support me with both compassion and understanding. Her bedside manner is unmatched—always gentle, respectful, and never rushed. I never once felt uncomfortable in her care. What makes her truly stand out is her personal touch and the way she treated our journey like it truly mattered to her. She always made our wellbeing the top priority and it showed in every interaction. She is undoubtedly one of the best doctors I’ve ever had the privilege of working with. I feel so lucky to have had her by our side during such a special chapter in our lives.

There s a lot of redundancy in medication reviews ... prior to visit, an on-line questionaire is requested, then once at the appointment, a second review of medications is requested, then a third medication review once you are with Dr.
