Dr. Kirsten Beeson is thrilled to join Associates In Women’s Healthcare. She is passionate about both routine and high-risk obstetrics, minimally invasive surgery, and promoting reproductive health for women of all ages.

Although she is a Baltimore native, Dr. Beeson obtained her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill while minoring in chemistry and music. She also spent time studying abroad in Chile to hone her Spanish language proficiency.

Dr. Beeson attended the University of Maryland School of Medicine. She remained there for residency training, where she ultimately served as administrative chief resident and won multiple awards for her excellence in teaching.

When she is not working, her hobbies include cooking, Pilates, playing piano, and spending time with family.

Dr Thompson goes above and beyond with patient care. I have been seeing him for over a decade now and was devastated when I thought my insurance (Cigna) was going to prevent me from seeing him. Anyway, his bedside manner, compassion, and kindness is apparent in every visit. He listened to my concerns and symptoms, and made me feel heard without being rushed. I cannot imagine having another doctor. I had been a patient at 2 other practices before I moved here, and am glad I found him.
