    Treatment / Procedure

    I am satisfied with the care I received from the nurse and Marie. I am disappointed in the fact that I had a 10:30 appointment. I was on time and checked in. I was called back and my vitals were taken. Then I was put in a room to wait for my procedure (Botox for migraines). I did not get seen until 11:30. The nurse checked on my twice, I was not given a reason for the delay, and no apology for the wait. If I had been 15 mins late for my appointment, I would have been turned away and charged. I am a professional and was out of office for much longer than scheduled. In my business, time is money.
