It was evident and obvious that she had reviewed my file in depth ahead of time, as she recalled many details about my health and life. She is gentle, personal, friendly, informative, and efficient. Her nurse (I am sorry for not remembering her name), was friendly and helpful as well. She updated my medications and information and took my vitals.
