Raleigh OB/GYN Centre began offering state of the art care in January 1974. We were founded with a mission to provide women and their families with personalized, unwavering care. Since that time, our mission and values have remained the same. Our team of physicians, nurses, and medical staff are committed to providing patient care in a nurturing, supportive environment.

We are thankful for having the privilege of caring for mothers, daughters, and now granddaughters during our time in the community. Serving a third generation of patients is a meaningful compliment that we do not take likely. We look forward to continuing to serve our patients and their families.

    IUD Insertion / Removal

    Dr. Brimmage and his team are also so wonderful and personable. He does an excellent job of putting his patients at ease. For this insertion of the IUD I was able to get nitrous oxide, and it was a GAME CHANGER with pain management both during and after the procedure.

    The staff is efficient and friendly, so it's a great experience when you walk through the door. But, my main reason for loving this practice is Dr. Segal. He always revisits his notes and asks about family, listens and takes new notes to be sure he's engaged, and his demeanor is always open, honest and just...KIND. I could talk to him forever, and he seems to care about your full person - not just what he's there to examine or review. I leave every time and tell my husband, friends, anyone I happen to see..."I just love my doctor." He's helped me with other concerns, listened empathetically, and taken the time to explain complicated issues. His medical skills, knowledge, and awareness are always top notch - I've never felt that he's letting new techniques, treatments, or procedures pass him by. I look forward to our visits every year, and I appreciate all he does to make me feel like more than just a patient chart in front of him.
