Raleigh OB/GYN Centre began offering state of the art care in January 1974. We were founded with a mission to provide women and their families with personalized, unwavering care. Since that time, our mission and values have remained the same. Our team of physicians, nurses, and medical staff are committed to providing patient care in a nurturing, supportive environment.

We are thankful for having the privilege of caring for mothers, daughters, and now granddaughters during our time in the community. Serving a third generation of patients is a meaningful compliment that we do not take likely. We look forward to continuing to serve our patients and their families.

    IUD Insertion / Removal

    Dr. Trollip is just the best! I had an unusually difficult, and subsequently painful, IUD removal (it's my 3rd IUD, so I have a base for comparison, and the other 2 were easy ). The problems with removal lead to an especially painful attempt at insertion of the new IUD. When it became obvious that it was becoming too much for me to handle, Dr. Trollip stopped everything to give me a few minutes break, and gave me the option of having a local anesthetic injected in my cervix, which I accepted and after which the procedure was just uncomfortable. She was incredibly kind and encouraging throughout the entire process.

    So many women complain about their gynecologists, but I think Dr Brimmage is the best! He reviews my chart before and, listens to my concerns and gives me information and recommendations. He’s kind. I couldn’t be happier with his care. I was with Dr Campbell before he retired and I was concerned about who would care for me. I am so very grateful Dr Brimmage was able to take over my care. I have been coming to Raleigh OB/Gyn for 20 years now.
