    Annual Well Woman Exam

    I had to wait 15 minutes after my appointment time to even be brought back for vitals, then I was brought to one room for the nurse's questions while waiting for the actual exam room to be ready. Once I was in the exam room, I waited another 15-20 minutes before the doctor came in. This is not a new situation based on my years of coming to this office and I only return because I like Dr Flanagan but they do a bad job at overbooking the doctors or something because they're always behind and never have a room ready. I've been a patient here since about 2007 and each time I have this experience I think about going elsewhere, I know for sure when Dr Flanagan leaves/retires, I'll be going elsewhere.
