    Jessica was wonderful, easy to talk to, answered all of my questions honestly and compassionately, and the Pap smear didn’t hurt! The front office folks were super kind, even laminated a new printed out insurance card for me to have. The phlebotomist was lovely too. I felt well cared for every step of the way.
