    Annual Exam

Everyone is very friendly and professional. They spend time with you and listen to you and never make you feel rushed. I started coming to Women's Wellness Clinic about eleven years ago when I worked nearby. I now work an hour away and still come here, they are the best.

    Annual Well Woman Exam

Dr. Lukes is very knowledgeable as well as thorough. She makes it a point to stay abreast of new procedures and medications in her field! I feel so honored to be her patient.

    Annual Exam

Everyone in the office is GREAT !

    Annual Well Woman Exam

The doctor was very nice and warm.

    Gynecological Problem Visit

Scarlet is so caring and nice. I went in with a problem and she addressed it immediately.

    Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)

Working with Scarlet was again great - she's attentive, thorough and patient. But at the end of the appointment, she sent me across the hall to have my blood drawn by a Labcorp phlebotomist. She told me that this person would quote me the cost of the test before taking my blood. That person could not give me a price for the procedure and as a self-paying person, this is important to me. She pressured me to just let her draw the blood without knowing the price because she "put a note in my file about being self pay." After much back and forth, feeling a lot of pressure and confusion, and relying on my own red flag feeling, I left without having my blood drawn and went to talk to the folks at the front desk. I learned from them that in fact there was no self-pay discount at this office and I would need to go elsewhere to receive the self-pay discount. Then that same Labcorp phlebotomist gave me further inaccurate information about the Labcorp patient center, informing me that they work through the lunch hour and I could go right then. I went and they were indeed closed. I went back again the following day. I will not be willing to have my blood drawn by that person in future appointments - in part because they insist on misinformation. And in part because of the pressure I felt at their hands.

    Office Visit / Follow-up

All my questions were answered and I left with a plan of action feeling good.
