Dr. Alyssa Nathan joined Biltmore OB-GYN in August 2020. She received her BS in Biology with a double minor in Chemistry and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin- Eau Claire. While attending school, she was the captain of the Varsity Women’s Soccer team. She earned her medical degree from the University of Wisconsin – Madison School of Medicine and Public Health. She completed her OB-GYN residency in Asheville at MAHEC.

This was a pretty routine visit (just a follow-up for some new medication). I showed up ridiculously early because apparently I don't know how to use a calendar (ha). But the staff got me in a room, and I was in and out before the appointment was actually even scheduled to begin! That has *never* happened to me at a doctor's office before!

Dr. Nathan was personable, thoughtful, and warm. She isn't my primary doctor and took the time to make sure I had what I needed to get a breast pump and then walked me to the front with scheduling to ensure my lab and appointment timing would work out. She was absolutely wonderful!

Dr. Nathan took her time with me and listened to my concerns, and answered any questions I had. At no time did I feel rushed or as if she needed to quickly leave. She was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable.
