A native of northeast North Carolina, Dr. Bonpain attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for both her undergraduate and graduate studies. She completed her medical residency in 2005 at the Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Since 2005, Dr. Bonpain has continued to advance her knowledge by joining several medical societies, including the American Medical Association, North Carolina Medical Society, and the Southeastern Obstetrical & Gynecological Society.

She’s also a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and in the past, she served on the Wake Medical Utilization Review Committee at WakeMed Hospital in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Dr. Bonpain lives in Cary with her husband Eric, who is from France, and their son and daughter.

Gynecological Exams

Dr. Bonpain was very helpful and sweet. She was a 5. But since I had to wait about 20-30 minutes to be seen by her, though, even though I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment time, I'm giving the visit a 4, possibly a 3.

Mammogram

Dr. Bonpain is an exceptional doctor. She successfully delivered my son several years ago by caesarean. I have been seeing her ever since for my annual check-ups. She is always very patient and listens to what I have to say. She doesn't just rush me out the door like some other doors do. I highly recommend her to anyone.
