Ashley Schaublin is a board certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She attended Union College in Schenectady, NY before relocating to North Carolina to complete both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (2010) and Master of Science in Nursing (2017) at Duke University School of Nursing. Her bedside nursing career was dedicated to caring for the smallest of patients, serving as a neonatal intensive care nurse at Duke University Hospital and WakeMed Cary. Her neonatal nursing experience gives her a unique perspective and compassion when providing obstetrical care.

Mrs. Schaublin lives in Hillsborough, NC with her husband and daughter. She never outgrew her love for horses and hopes to share this joy with her little girl.

I was given tremendously thorough care at my appointment with Ashley Schaublin. After having initially high blood pressure she took every precaution to not only ensure my baby and I’s safety, but keep me calm and explain to me every part of the process. I felt incredibly well taken care of both medically and emotionally during a vulnerable time!

I had a call to let me know that my primary person was not able to be there, but that another woman was there and ready to see me. She was so welcoming and joyful to be around. I was thankful I did not have to reschedule and was met by such kindness and support in more ways than one. The woman who called and left a voicemail was also very positive and pleasant.
