Dr. Courtney Cohen was born and raised in rural Virginia. She received her BS in Neuroscience at The College of William and Mary and then earned her medical degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School. Venturing away from Virginia, she next came to Vermont where she completed her OB/GYN residency at the University of Vermont Medical Center in 2017.

Gynecological Problem Visit

Dr. Cohen took a lot of time to talk to me. She explained that the two lesions are benign and how they could be removed. She told me that unless they grow or begin to cause me discomfort, that it was not imperative to remove them. However, she explained the process to remove them if need be. I asked about my upcoming mammogram and she took time to address my concerns about it. I felt at ease with Dr. Cohen and very happy that I have her for my doctor.

Always a smooth visit -check in, dr visit, mammo especially for morning appts. Very rarely have to wait extremely long times unless there is an emergency but always kept in the loop
