Eve Key, FNP, is a board-certified family nurse practitioner serving women throughout the Greensboro, North Carolina, area at Greensboro OB-GYN Associates. She’s been working within the gynecology and obstetrics specialty in North Carolina for nearly 40 years.

Raised in North Carolina, Eve graduated from the University of Atlantic Christian in 1977. Immediately after graduation, she knew she wanted to become a family nurse practitioner, working with patients from all walks of life. In 1981, Eve graduated from East Carolina University with a nurse practitioner degree.

With several years of experience working in maternity admission at Women’s Hospital, Eve knew she would be the perfect fit for the team when she joined Greensboro OB-GYN Associates in 2014. Eve is skilled at diagnosing and treating immediate concerns as well as administering preventive care to help her patients lead happy and healthy lives.

Eve is extremely passionate about working with women in her community. Outside of the office, she can be found cooking, traveling, reading, or spending time with her family. She is married with three children and four grandchildren.

I was really surprised how kind and quickly I was offered an appointment to come in same day. The person I spoke to was extremely patient and helpful and found an appointment for me. Dr. Sapp wasn’t in that day and I saw Dr. Mitchum. She was wonderful. She immediately diagnosed the issue and explained the cause to me. She really put me to ease over something I was so scared about. Every aspect of the exam, I felt comfortable despite my anxiety and being embarrassed about the problem and my weight, etc. She is a wonderful doctor and person.

Office Visit / Follow-up

Honestly my favorite doctor and favorite doctor's office to visit. Very considerate. Educates, but in a very respectful way. Lets you be part of the decision and very respectful of choices and beliefs, even if they aren't the same as hers. Very kind. Very knowledgeable and up-to-date. Have never had trouble with front desk staff or had to wait more than just a few minutes in the waiting room or patient room. Nurses are also respectful and kind.

Dr. Homeister was friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable as she conducted the pelvic exam and breast exam. The appointment started at the scheduled time, and the visit with her and the mammogram both were completed within the hour.
