Holly Douglas is passionate about partnering with and empowering women and families. She received her Master of Science in Nursing, and Nurse-Midwifery degrees from Frontier Nursing University in Versailles, Kentucky. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Central Florida in Orlando.

Holly’s experience includes working in labor and delivery in hospital settings as well as a traveling nurse. She brings to UWH of the Carolinas a dedication for providing quality care for women throughout all stages of their lives. Her work has focused on low to high-acuity patient care, including antepartum, induction, labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum care.

Her training in neonatal education and fetal heart monitoring enables her to provide for the health and well-being of mother and baby. She has also been trained in birth control implant procedures.

Holly is certified in advanced life support and neonatal resuscitation. She is licensed as a Registered Nurse in North Carolina and as a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM).

Holly lives in Hope Mills with her husband, their daughter, and two stepsons. They are expecting another baby in March 2023. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, reading, and crafting with her Cricut.

Dr. Fraley is 10/10 - best Dr I’ve ever had! The OFFICE STAFF is awful!!!!!!! Very rude and could use coaching on how to be more professional both on the phone and in-person - JUST AWFUL! If I didn’t enjoy being Dr. Fraley’a patient so much, I’d move practices due to the front office staff! PLEASE give them training to ensure everyone can have a good checkin/put experience.

U/S tech was professional and friendly when I asked questions. Dr Jones was concerned with my symptoms but made me feel less anxious while she did my exam. The exam, biopsy and pap were all painful but she kept apologizing and asking if I was ok or if she needed to stop. I appreciated that so much!!!!
