I previously saw Dr. Mohr, and was kind of nervous seeing a new doctor. Dr. Son was very nice and provided thorough service even though you all were busy that morning. Also the mammogram technician and lab technician were nice and efficient and good at what they do. I have a lot of bad experiences at other doctor’s offices so get very nervous about going so I was it’s a relief going for my visit and everyone is kind, empathetic and good at what they do.

I felt dismissed and anxious by the woman at the front desk. My doctor and the nurses are wonderful, but getting checked in was a hassle due to the front desk not understanding, cutting me off and even dismissing me for an appointment I had set up for a couple of months. The manager gave me a call as I was walking out to ask if I can come back in, but I was already in tears by being belittled. Dr. Son is fabulous and I was happy that I could see her that day and not have to wait 2 more weeks due to someone NOT listening. I will be back, but I will never forget this. Dr. Son 5 stars and the administrative 2 stars.

Pap Smear

I usually see Dr. beeson but have nothing but positive experiences with Dr.Son. The ONLY “critique” is that Dr.Beeson is gentle and ALWAYS asks before she touches a patient, and lets the patient know what she is doing (I’m inserting the speculum, you’ll feel pressure” “is it okay if I begin the exam.”) This is a very VERY mindful approach considering you just do not know where a patient is coming from as far as experiences. Dr Son was fine! Just more clinical

Routine Pregnancy / Prenatal Appointment

Was happy with the overall visit and being seen on time. The check-in process was smooth, wait times between check-in, vital screening, and meeting with Dr. Son were short. Further. Dr. Son was patient, caring, and made sure all my questions and concerns were answered during my first prenatal visit. Very grateful to still have doctors like Dr. Son and feeling heard and cared for.
