Always so sweet probably the best provider I’ve seen since being pregnant. I wish I could see her every time

Office Visit / Follow-up

I was hoping to do this the first time I saw Kendra, but never received an email to send in feedback. The first time I saw her—for routine OB visit—she took forever to get to my room, didn’t introduce herself, and seemed like she knew nothing about my pregnancy or how far along I was. She had horrible bedside manner, and did a quick swab, no exam, and sent me on my way…I didn’t even know who she was or what was going on until after my appt. The most recent appt wasn’t as bad. She stood at the nurses station chit chatting with the nurses, finally came into the room, said hello. Then, she checked a heartbeat, asked if I had any questions and that was it. The second visit was better than the first, but not by too much.

Gynecological Ultrasound / Sonogram

Kendra barely greeted me when she entered the room. She did not ask me any questions about how I was there. I brought my ER records which had already been scanned into the system that I still had a paper copy. She sat on a stool with her head, bent down, and her chin in her hand, reading the records for several minutes and said nothing. When she finally looked up, she started talking about pregnancy and using air quotes. Every time she said the word pregnancy. She stated that just because I had a positive home pregnancy test it didn’t mean that I was “pregnant.” She went on and on about tubal pregnancies and she said there was nothing that could be determined from the ultrasound. I stated that the ultrasound in Atlanta showed that the pregnancy was in my uterus, and not in a fallopian tube . She stated “oh really? That’s good“ all of that information was in the record. She had just spent several minutes reading so I’m not sure why that was a surprise. She started talking to me as if this pregnancy was not going to work out and talked about a DNC. She asked if that’s the route I wanted to go and I stated that I was not ready to talk about that at this time. I found her flippant discussion of this highly insensitive. She was not compassionate. She was cold and clinical, and honestly seemed bored, and like my presence there was not welcome. I had a sheet draped over my stomach because the assistant asked me to Undress from the waist down. She recommended labs as the next step, and I asked why I was asked to be undressed. She giggled and said “oh my assistant is new, and she asks everyone to do that,” didn’t find that funny. I am a 43-year-old woman who was pregnant for the first time. I was already deeply concerned about coming in today. No one of this office made me feel heard, understood, or cared for is a human. This is without a doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had at a physician's office.

Office Visit / Follow-up

I came in for a routine OB visit. This is my first pregnancy and I feel like I don’t get much information. I haven’t been given copies of any of my ultrasounds. I get vague, quick responses to questions. And I did not get any education on what to expect in the second trimester, what I should be watching for, what to expect, etc.

OB Care

I saw NP Kendra Moore. I was not made aware that I wouldn’t be seeing a doctor. She seemed to be very unfamiliar with my chart or anything to do with my pregnancy. I feel that it was a waste of a visit and I was made to feel like I was some random patient. She didn’t introduce herself and I felt uncomfortable with the visit.

Office Visit / Follow-up

Waited 20 minutes and a student came in without the NP to measure me. Came back w/ the NP 10 minutes later to check my cervix. The student seemed more knowledgeable than the NP and they didn’t ask if I had any questions which I did. The NP didn’t seem interested in being there and was in and out.

Office Visit / Follow-up

Thorough communication and took time to discuss different situations with me.

Office Visit / Follow-up

I love coming here and I've always had a good experience, but this was the first time using the new check in system kiosk, which I did not care for. It was also my first time seeing Kendra Moore. She did not introduce herself. She didn't spend much time with me. What time she did spend was not bad but she was not very personable. I would prefer to see someone else next time.

Obstetrical (Pregnancy) Ultrasound / Sonogram

NP did not introduce herself at all or explain what needed to be done during this appointment. They were also over 30 minutes behind and I had one if the first morning appointments.
