Lauren Bost, a native of Winston-Salem, graduated from UNC-Chapel Hill with a B.A. in Exercise and Sport Science in 2012 and completed her M.S. in Occupational Therapy from Winston-Salem State University in 2017. She worked for 4 years in the trauma and cardiothoracic ICU before transitioning to pelvic rehab in 2021.

Her special interests include perinatal and postpartum care, urinary and fecal incontinence, prolapse symptom management, pain with intercourse, pelvic pain, and bowel dysfunction.

In her free time, she loves traveling, exercising, and spending time with her husband, Brandon and their two children, Micah and Sophia.

Lauren made pelvic floor therapy something I looked forward to. She gave me the tools to help me manage my symptoms on my own. She always listened and asked questions about my life! She validated all my concerns about my rectocele and cystocele. I would recommend Lauren to anyone who has to visit a pelvic floor therapist!

Laura is wonderful! Helps me feel to much better pre and post delivery. She’s professionally and warm and welcoming. She took her time to help my hip and muscles release. Got me prepped for delivery which made everything smoother. Have exercises to do at home.

Lauren listens to me and all my concerns and doesn't brush off my symptoms. She helps me fix issues and if she doesn't know why I have an issue she is honest about it and says we will figure it out together. She makes me feel safe and relaxed in a therapy that is very intimate and I think that is so important in this field.

Lauren is a very easy person to talk with. She listens to you and then asks questions to help her better understand your situation. Then she offers suggestions to help you and checks on your progress at your next visit. She also works with you while you're with her and she makes you feel completely at ease. She is sincerely interested in helping and making things better for you and working towards a complete solution to your problems and your health. I do not feel rushed or like she's in a hurry to finish up and get me out of her office. She is very patient and very kind. I would definitely ask to see her again in the future if need be.
