Physical Exam / Check-up

Dr Dillard is great.

Post-Partum Appointment

Dr. Dillard is phenomenal she handled me with so much care and compassion. She made me feel heard and comfortable

Follow-up

I didn't have to wait extremely long period before seeing Dr. Dillard for my follow up appointment to make sure my stitiches had dissolved and everything healed good. She even asked if I needed grief counseling as I spoke to her about my mother passing on the 17th of February. I like that she takes the time to listen and meet her patients needs.

Annual Exam

It's different visiting the office now. I changed doctors twice since haygood left. I feel visits are rushed. I don't haveva relationship with my ob anymore. During my menopause years I don't feel I have that personal touch of a doctor who quizzes me

Annual Exam

Everything was fine. It was just a very long wait until the doctor got to me. This is an on-going criticism that I have of this office.

Annual Exam

86 year old patient treated with very good bedside manner and gentle hands-on procedure. Faith was also very helpful in getting codes/billing straight to provide accurate information from the insurance company.

Follow-up Visit (Problem / Complication)

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and Dr. Dillard was her usual warm and empathetic self.

Annual Exam

The mammogram went fine. However, I waited in the exam room for the doctor for 45 minutes. During this time, no one stopped in (the nurse) to notify me that the doctor was running behind nor was I thanked for being patient. Forty-five minutes is absolutely ridiculous to wait for the doctor on top of no notification or apology. If I was 45-minutes late for my appointment, I would have to reschedule.

Dr. Dillard has been my OB/GYN for many years. I love her and how caring she is as my doctor.

Virtual Visit / Telemedicine

The virtual visit was satisfactory even without being able to see the doctor's video image. I always feel Dr. Dillard listens to me and I trust her guidance/medical advice. My dissatisfaction is with the follow-up I was expecting. I was told I would be contacted by her assistant to schedule an in-office visit to address the concern and do a biopsy procedure. I even asked if I needed to call back to make the appointment, but was told I did not need to and that her assistant would call me. I did not receive a phone call that day nor the day after. I called the office two days later after seeing a "call to make your next appointment" message sent via email. The scheduler made me an appointment for 2 months later, to which I requested to speak with Dr. Dillard's assistant to clarify it wasn't a condition that needed to be looked at earlier than that. Again, this was in part because I was led to believe the appointment would be made by the assistant which, to me, may indicate a need sooner than two months out and would also allow me to ask a couple of follow-up questions regarding the procedure(s). The scheduler did put me through to the voice mail of the doctor's assistant so I could speak to them and clarify the wait time was as expected. That call was not returned. I can understand wait time and availibility, but the communication piece(s) was what I found dissatisfactory, first from what I was told to expect and then when I did reach out for follow-up/clarification purposes. As a patient experiencing changes that I was told would need a biopsy procedure that I have not been through before, I am left feeling less than satisfied with this experience.

Annual Exam

Dr. Dillard is the best. She is very thoughtful and thorough.

Gynecological Problem Visit

It was nearly impossible to get an appointment for a problem.
