The care was excellent, but there was 1 1/2 hour delay waiting for the provider. This has been my experience at this practice with several of the providers. I had an early morning appointment so I was hoping to avoid it this time but I was told an emergency happened before me. I understand this happens, but the wait time of 1 1/2 hr. is not new to me. It has happened many times over the years.
