Mammogram

The lady who did my mammogram was exceptionally kind and personable. I can't remember her name, but I hope she stays. She was compassionate and took time to talk with me. As did Dr. Dillard_ but she always does. She was very comforting and sat with me as I shared my grief in the loss of my Mom. She was very encouraging and kind.

Gynecological Problem Visit

There has been no follow up from my teleconference regarding my situation. Per my doctor surgery is needed. I have called 3 times for an update where we are with scheduling, no response it will be 4 weeks. Very unprofessional and no courtesy towards me as a patient.
