Raised in North Carolina, I joined Capital Area OB/GYN in August 2022 after completing my residency in obstetrics and gynecology at East Carolina University in Greenville, NC. I completed my undergraduate degree at East Carolina University followed by a Master of Science at Wake Forest University and my medical training at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.

My husband, Tommy, and I live with our two dogs Cam and Luke. I enjoy reading, running, and gardening in my free time.

I practice general obstetrics and gynecology with a special interest in minimally invasive surgery.

Dr. Garrett was in my examination room immediately so I hardly had to wait. She is always very friendly and interested in my concerns and answers all my questions. We discussed my list of medications and was going to contact my pharmacy for refills for the year. She gave me recommendations for an appointment for bloodwork and results will be in my portal.
