Group Prenatal Care (CenteringPregnancy®)

Participating in group prenatal care is a great way to relax and get to know other expectant moms on a deeper and more meaningful level. In CenteringPregnancy® group prenatal care sessions, about 8-10 women who are due at about the same time come together to share their common experiences of pregnancy, birth, and ongoing family care. Many group participants develop long-term friendships with others in the group that continue well beyond their prenatal care sessions.
