Dr Marsh has the best bedside manners. She makes you feel heard and comfortable even in the most uncomfortable situations. She makes it feel so much more relaxed and unjudged. She's great at explaining what's to be expected and when she's doing her work she's walking you through everything she is doing. Explains well what to expect after as well. Communication is everything and she's excellent at that and empathy and she lightens the situation.
