Hannah lives in Morehead City with her husband, 3 year old daughter and dog named Cotton. She enjoys time on the water, traveling, painting and spending time with her family and friends. Hannah was born in St. Augustine, Florida and moved to the Crystal Coast when she was 15. She received her undergraduate nursing degree in New Bern and went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Winston-Salem.

My doctor, Dr. Hannah Swidell, is an amazing woman. She is so compassionate and caring for her patients. She actually listens to you about your concerns and goes over more than one solution to best fit your lifestyle, asking no questions, and without injecting herself and her opinions into your life. She makes sure you know she's putting your health and almost more importantly your mental health above all else. She's so willing to go above and beyond wether you're a new patient or have been with her for a while, she treat all patients with the same kind heart and understanding. I can't rave about her enough! I love her and hope to never have to see another ob. They say you know when you've found your person. Medically (when it comes to ob health/women's healthcare in general) she is my personal. And I'm beyond grateful for her.

My urine test came back clear so I realize we were limited on what could be done at that point. She did send it in for a culture which also came back clear. However, my symptoms were very real and uncomfortable. Didn't really feel like my concerns were taken seriously.
