Dr. Trollip moved to Rocky Mount, NC at the age of 8 where she quickly fell in love with the state of North Carolina. She went on to attend Medical School at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. She completed her residency at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, NC. Dr. Trollip is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the North Carolina Medical Society. She is married and has two children, one boy and one girl. When not seeing patients, you can find Dr. Trollip singing in the choir, running, and walking her Great Dane.

Dr. Trollip was very amiable. She listened carefully to my concerns. She asked me several questions about my pain trying to find out what it was that caused me pain. After a physical examination, she referred me to a radiologist to get a mammogram and ultrasound to determine what caused my discomfort. My experience visiting Dr Trollip was very good. I truly believe that she and her team are doing the best job of taking care of the patients by acting quickly to ensure their health.
