At first, I was a bit frustrated because my appointment didn't start until nearly an hour after I arrived, but Dr. Marsh took extra time at the start of our appointment to check in with me. She seemed to intuit that I was frustrated, so before getting to the exam, she visited with me which calmed me down. She is so thoughtful and sensitive.

IUD Insertion / Removal

I had a copper IUD put in - within 48 hours I was in an ambulance (dizzy, nauseous, ready to faint). I called the OB office and they assured me it wasn't the IUD. A week later, I was back in an ambulance (felt as if I was going to faint while driving my young kids). I still had all the same symptoms but also was experiencing extreme anxiety regularly as well (never had anxiety or depression). Called the office again - told me I was exhausted, stressed, etc from having young kids and they would check my thryoid. Finally 3 weeks to the day after I got the IUD I came to the office and essentially had to demand that they take it out whether you think its the problem or not. Within hours of getting it out I felt physical and mental relief. I have seen another doctor since (not in your office) and have been told it was likely an allergic reaction to the copper and potentially to the point of copper poisoning. THREE of your OB drs told me "no way it is the IUD" and not only did they say "maybe you should take it out and see if you feel better" they reluctantly did so when I asked multiple times. LISTEN TO YOUR PATIENTS! Stop treating people like a textbook. Get to the root cause and stop trying to medicate the symptoms.

Dr Marsh is really the best of the best. She listens to problems and issues with true care and concern. Dr Marsh was able to figure out various medical issues’ causes and set me on a path for treatment which has greatly improved my quality of life. There are some of the best providers/staff at this office, such as Dr McCallum, Mary Helen, and Saige, and of course Dr. Marsh. I cannot thank this office enough for their help, patience, and understanding.
