Dr. Briscoe was born and raised in Corpus Christi, Texas. Prior to relocating to the triangle in June of 2013, Dr. Briscoe lived in both Austin and Houston. She attended the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston and completed her residency at the University of Texas at Houston – Memorial Hermann Hospital. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and a fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Dr. Briscoe is passionate about women’s health education and access to affordable contraception. She is married to Dr. Brian Brimmage and they have a son and daughter. Dr. Briscoe enjoys traveling, cooking and eating, and gardening.

Dr. Brisco is confident in her skills and I trust her to have my best interest at heart. I value her time and appreciate the fact that she seems to have a genuine interest in me. She provides resources to aid me in my social/emotional health as my body is undergoing midlife changes. She is supportive and encouraging of me having a healthy sexual function and does discuss it in a way that does not makes me feel awkward. I leave my appointments with a goal in mind and a hopeful attitude that with her prescription and advice I just might be able to deal with my aging nether region.
