Visit was fine. Marie Frey always allows time for questions. Only issue is that it took a while to make appointment. Called several times and on hold too long or went to voicemail. I never received a return call. I tried email and received something that I could not open without subscribing to PDL filler. I do not generally have issues with opening email attachments. I did finally get email that I could review. My mammogram was scheduled after my appointment which was not really convenient --and they had to keep rechecking and doing appointment time over because of delay in finishing check-up.

Mrs. Frey explained my care to me in a way I felt empowered to follow. She is very knowledgeable, professional, & kind. The staff is professional & warm & the facility is clean & welcoming. The only thing I would suggest is labeling the urine specimen container with two identifiers, such as, first & last name, & DOB or MRN.
