“I have had an interest in women’s health since college and my decision to pursue obstetrics-gynecology was solidified after I performed my first delivery in medical school. Nothing could steal the joy from me that day I knew then OBGYN was my forever home. I look forward to caring for my patients on their happiest days, including seeing the flicker of a heartbeat for the first time and to be compassionate, present and available on the most difficult days.”

“I am most excited to have the opportunity to provide up to date and quality healthcare from adolescence through the years beyond menopause. My goal is to empower my patients through conversation and education so we can be partners in their health care decisions. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my husband, daughter and two dogs. I enjoy boating, traveling, and trying new restaurants. My husband & I really enjoy organizing charitable events for the Patient Resource Fund at the Zimmer Cancer Center which we established in 2015.

CERTIFICATIONS
Dr. Lambeth received her Bachelors of Arts in Women’s Studies and a Bachelors of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Rhode Island. She attended the University of New England where she received her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her Obstetrics and Gynecology residency at the New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC.

My doctor did not discuss my recent lab work with me which indicated that I have severe anemia. She rushed me to my mammogram which I didn’t realize would be the end of my appointment. I’d indicated that I wanted to discuss hormone replacement therapy when I made my appointment, which she didn’t ask me about. Last year, I was diagnosed with a condition and prescribed a drug. My prescription has since expired and she also didn’t ask me about thos or if I wanted a renewal (I do). When I was getting my mammogram, I found out that my wellness exam was over and that my doctor had left. I sent her a message with my concerns the next day and now, 8 days later, I haven’t received sufficient response or offer for a new appointment. I will not be back.
