Scarlet Dial, FNP-BC, is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, who offers over 10 years of primary care experience along with advanced gynecological care. Scarlet has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University along with a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Nursing from Duke University. She provides expert care in treating anxiety, depression, diabetes, hypertension, and obesity along with IUD placement, care of abnormal pap smears and pelvic ultrasound. She does laser hair removal and cosmetic injections. Scarlet is also a Sub-Investigator on our clinical research studies and Director of Business Development for the clinic.

I greatly appreciate the care I’m receiving from Dr. Dial but I was unaware of the conversation guidelines for specific visits and was charged another office visit fee in addition to the Annual appt. I had. If this is policy it should be highlighted on the webpage, in the office, in the reminder texts and on the answering machine so that a person is aware of what exactly the visit is for and what you will be charged for should you cross those limits. Being a self pay patient, the additional charge and the explanation for it was a bit shocking and confusing.
